Beswick: A Stylish Handwritten Font for Modern Branding Projects
When to Use (and When Not to Use) Beswick
- Logo design for lifestyle, wellness, and creative brands
- Headlines and subheaders on websites and blogs
- Packaging labels for artisanal products
- Social media graphics and Instagram stories
- Printed materials like greeting cards, invitations, and posters
Pairing Beswick with Other Fonts
One of the most fun parts of working with Beswick was testing font pairings. Since it’s a script font with a modern edge, I found it paired best with clean, minimalist sans serifs. Using Montserrat or Open Sans as secondary fonts created a nice contrast while keeping the brand system cohesive. For print-heavy projects like packaging or editorial design, I sometimes swapped in a soft serif like Merriweather for body text. This combination gave a refined yet approachable look—especially effective for boutique shops or creative studios.
